Bullseye
I am looking for a reasonable priced rack for my new house. Due to very small space I currently have a 2 post 42u rack but would like a 4 post for my new home. Doesn't have to be anything fancy. Probably with side panels so that it looks better What would you recommend????

chicagoskiguy
Check Craigslist for decommissioned server racks. Will be nice and stable, with wheels, and all 4 sides. Have a Compaq and a Sun rack in my basement, they work great.

DWRobinson
SnapAV has a good selection and are reasonably priced. I have 3 of the Strong™ 14U In-Cabinet Rack in the top of a closet sitting on the Strong™ Rack Sliding Base for In-Cabinet and Contractor Series Racks and couldn't be more satisfied. ms2bmw
I have a Sanus CFR2127 55" rack. Add the Ecosystem for low voltage power distribution as well as fan control. http://www.sanus.com/en_US/products/racks/cfr2127/

Also have to pay attention to size and make sure your getting 19"Sent from my iPhone using TapatalkWhy do you say this? Everything has gone up. I used CR to sell 13 Crenlo racks and I couldn't wait to turn them into cash. I sold to another business for re-commissioning as instrumentation racks. At least, I don't believe the folks where home-automation posers. 22" racks are out there but 19" is standard.
