Basements are an oddity here in Texas, but common place where my wife and I grew up. So, when we saw the house we knew we had to buy it and wait until we could build it out. Kids love it and NHL playoffs have been great on the big screen. Video is 80" Sharp lcd with 5.1 surround (sub in cabinet under tv), 3 zones audio inside and 2 zones outside.
