Mini touch screen use IP  and Keypad use ZIGBEE . Mini touch screen always show in picture and Mini touch key show only connecting

I try to identify but it not respond . I use Hc-300 2.24 .

If they are not identifying, the LCD may be on an older version of ZigBee and needs to be updated first.

The MTS may be on the wrong wireless network, though based ont the picture it may be stuck loading. Factory restore may fix it.

For mini touch screen driver can't find it . I not sure because in list don't have TSG-3.8c2-w . If not same this model it can work or not . If concern , do you have driver for this model ?

W i=just indicates wireless, driver is identical. There ARE however two versions of screens, and a driver for each. Both should be included in Composer.

Thank you very Kynight , I will try again per your advice . But after I try to touch screen factory reset . Page of touch screen alway show update and lower side show resetting , page it not changed , It not same in procedure .
