drmark12pa
I'm having some trouble with my main thermostat today not starting AC when it should.I have the temperature set at 78 degrees, the house temp on the thermostat showing 80 degrees (I get a text notice when temperature in my house goes to 80 degrees or higher so I get the text notification), but no AC kicks in. I then hit the DOWN button on the thermostat to decrease set temperature to 77 degrees and then it starts the AC.I've included a snapshot of my advanced thermostat settings but hesitant to change anything without getting some advice.Should I make any adjustments on the advanced thermostat settings to make the thermostat more responsive? Cyknight
Odd. I wonder if the temp calibrations ins't working right? Ie it's adding it to the display number but not in reality?Try setting that to 0, then see if it will trigger at the proper 2 degree off-set.
