slemay
There is a known bug (introduced in 1.6 and fixed in the upcoming 1.7 release) that had to do with errors and how they were processed. There was more than one way for this error to show itself. For example, we had a IP Camera that we temporarily took offline. But - never removed the programming... so when someone pressed the doorbell - the agent triggered the IP camera to show up on all the touch screens. The image showed up as a gray box (as no image was present). No big deal. However, this caused some sort of memory overflow error - that after a few hours (maybe 1/2 day) would case the touch screen to freeze or reboot. This is just one example, but it's quite possible that this is what's happening to you. Check your system for errors - anything small - as that's most likely the cause of it. Or wait until 1.7 is released and have your dealer upgrade you. Both should fix the problem. RyanE
Also, check your DNS settings. If the DNS is not setup correctly, it can cause a similar issue.RyanE

slemay
Double check net mask too - Ryan is right that the DNS or even NET MASK being incorrect will also cause strange problems like this (255.255.255.0 is 99.9% of the net masks out there - FYI).
