Control 4 remote- how to program

Hi,

my dealer install the control 4 remote for the home theater however it’s doesnt sync well.  I have xfinity.  Eg: it Double skips when pressing arrows,  delay in numbers,  sometimes when going to on demand, in the background it forwards or rewinds the channel.  How do I reprogram the C4 remote myself?

Probably needs to have the driver swapped out for the xfinity box which the dealer will need to do

You need the dealer to change the code or edit the ir flash on the driver he is using

Or the dealer should have pressed all the buttons to make sure it worked before he left. But yea, change driver would be easiet

OR there is nothing wrong with the driver and the slow response and double calls are due to ZigBee issues...
