Device Not Authenticated

I'm receiving a "Device Not Authenticated" error message on my iPhone app. This started last night. It tells me to enter my email and password. However, when I press the link, it takes me to the C4 website for login. This does nothing to help with getting into the app. Any thoughts?

Make sure the app is up to date.  Also, if you do not have 4sight make sure you are on the local network.
