Transfer a license

I recently purchased a HC800 without -1 License. Is there a way to transfer my license from my HC250 that I am replacing. Or is there a dealer that will sell me a license for it?

 

I am sending one more email to my dealer. I am sure it will be a no response as usual.

What version is the 250? Is it bl1? If not and you have the actual license on your account it does transfer. If it's a 250 bl1 there is no way to
