lippavisual
I haven't added it yet, but I did confirm that my Napoleon FP will work with Bond. If you have it already, check the FCC ID on the remote and then look it up on Bond's website.
alanchow
If you are in Australia, New Zealand or the EU go for Escea or Stoke fireplaces. jsimon77
Thanks all. I just had the Napoleon installed at my vacation place so I don’t have the remote in hand yet. But heading up this week and I’ll check it out.

Is that remote possibly IR? Does it work without line of sight?
lippavisual
EFire control app is Bluetooth, have a Napoleon at my house. Integration wasn’t important to me because it’s rarely used and only in the winters.
zaphod
Is there also a manual switch? I use a relay integrated into C4 to turn my fireplace on and off.
lippavisual
There is a location where you can install a wireless relay, but that just gives you On/Off control. No other way to do flame height or colored lighting. To be honest, I was never really a fan of fireplace integration, too much liability. The cons certainly outweigh the pros in my eyes. zaphod
I know what you are saying about liability but I like having the fireplace integration. I have a fireplace in my Master Bedroom and during the colder months I like having the fireplace come on as part of my Wakeup routine to help to get the room warm in the morning, particularly when I get out of the shower.
