GE Concord 4 Error - anyone know what it means?

So I installed a GE Concord 4 this past winter so that it would work seamlessly with my Concord4 and I am now getting an error message that hopefully someone on this board has experience with. It is;

"bus failure unit am3 ". Anyone know what it means or how to fix / clear it?

Bus failure unit am3 means that you're getting an error on the Automation Module.

It's likely you may need to replace the automation module. You may want to power down the panel (remove the battery as well as AC power), check the keypad bus wiring to the module, and then power the system back up.

I've heard they have a tendency to fail frequently. Not sure why that is.

Can't seem to figure out how to remove the AC power. Any ideas?

No change on the Control4 side, but on the alarm panel side, you have to power the panel down and back up, and it should recognize it as a new bus device.

I don't know any more than that, as I'm not a panel installer.
