Kbocchino
Hi All, Have been working with the control 4 system for a bit now. have written a few drivers and have an extensive cisco phone deployment in the house. I have created a few touch screen apps for them that currently write command info to a txt file for the control 4 to read via a custom driver on a script. (this is all tied to a 1 second repeating timer) My question is to anyone that has documentation on how to call/submit directly to the control4 so that i am not relying on a timer to pickup the command data, allowing for more real time response as well as reduction in system usage. It looks like there have been a few people that have written or prepossessed external interfaces, can you share any of the control messages. Would do my own packet captures but dont have any touch screens to trace.Cheers.Willing to share anything I create.
ILoveC4
You might look up my friend bog. He has sniffed out network traffic and created a nifty little iPhone app using 5020 Soap Calls.
