ILoveC4
I guess we have some very fortunate users on this thread. When C4 changed mine initially they even acknowledged an issue with some of the tabs being weak. Not complaining just saying the engineering design is not made for durability imho. If you've never had an issue than feel lucky. I installed mine and issue only appears after a year+ of use. I have a large sample in my home with about 40+ lights i'm guessing. Here's couple of pics of things i see on occasion from rockers or buttons. Yeah, that’s wild. I have over 100 in this house, and close to 100 in the old house. Only problem I had was self imposed in trying to swap out one rocker. Like a dolt, using the wrong tool. npar87
New to C4, essentials lighting seems like my next add in instead of caseta for the pricepoint. Does it still have the functionality to control a shade? I know I could use a double tap and a regular dimmer to raise and lower a shade. Just added replacements a few months ago and they are already popping out on one side. Hadn't been submitting them for warranty, it was just easier to buy new ones. That may change now that the new ones have even gone bad.

I like the look of them so I guess its just a maintenance item to have to deal with.
