Jaywill10
Is there a way to broadcast a message from google over control4. For example in my house we use "Hey google broadcast Come for dinner" and that sends a message to all google speakers. I want to know if its possible to program it to play over the control4 speakers as well. I am using Composer HE and I see the google assistant driver but I am not really sure what I can do with besides the When Then controls on the online portal. So if it is possible to broadcast messages over control4, could someone please teach me? Thanks so much in advance!

"John can you come downstairs and help me lift this?") and I was wondering if that audio file of my voice can be announced on the control4 speakers? Does afvanced announcements do this? Thepritch88
I don’t think there’s any way to get the message you tell google to broadcast in to Control4 to then be announced. You could use the voice scene driver and advanced announcements to send pre made announcements through the speakers. I think @Shivam Paw text to speech driver allows you to send custom announcements on the fly from the C4 app through the speakers but I haven’t used it.
