nvgvup
http://www.netgear.com/Products/Entertainment/DigitalMediaPlayers/EVA2000.aspx?detail=SpecificationsI'm definitely happy about this but I don't see ISO's on the list of supported files
Bedspread
Very nice. A few pertinent questions:I have a component video switch. This box has HDMI. Does there exist an HDMI - Component converter? Are TS_Video files playable on this box? Will there be an IP driver made for C4 for this box? jedi7001
I use the HDFury2 to convert hdmi to component video. It passes hdcp and audio. Works well so far.

thecodeman
Just heard this from Control4:"We do not have a driver for the Netgear EVA2000. According to Netgear, and I quote:"The EVA2000 was handled by a different group and does not share the same software stack as the 8000/9000, so, no, unfortunately it is not at all API-compatible."We are asking for information about the API used by the EVA2000 but don't have that information at this time. Also, when we do get the information, it will still have to be evaluated and any development effort prioritized."
akg4y
I read that EVA2000 has trouble playing 1080p anyhow, so not a good solution for most...
nvgvup
the inability of it to cache makes it a poor candidate
