Small Conference Room Setup

Looking to set up a small conference room, I will be using a projector that will lower from a lift, 4 blinds, 2 banks of recessed lighting and a motorized screen. I was planning to use an EA-1 with IO extenders to operate the blinds, screen and projector lift via relay contact. Lights I will be using lutron switches with a hub. My question is, will an EA-1 be sufficient for this application? Im not sure how many extenders I can add before I start to bog down the system.

Are you installing any video conferencing equipment?  We have been trying to find the best product for small to medium sized conference rooms and would appreciate any input.  Looking at Barco's new Clickshare CX series and Logitech's Meetup and Rally products.
