Posted December 29, 20204 yr Any thoughts on versions of the IO Extender? C4-IOX-E-B or C4-IOXV2? I think the later is newest model? Does one work better than another?
December 29, 20204 yr V2 just added POE capability and slight case change. Other than that, exactly the same function-wise

October 26, 20213 yr They are both fully supported (in fact, on a basic level your system doesn't even know the difference between the two - uses the same driver). I have both models in my system, and they work fine. There was indeed a small update for them in 3.2.3 (not sure it's REQUIRED to have it work in 3.2.3 as such) - note that it'll still say software version 2.9.1.xxxxx On 10/23/2021 at 12:12 PM, deeonline said: My C4-IOX-E-B (V1) stopped working after OS 3.2.3 update. Regardless, the software update as such shouldn't make a difference, nor does the hardware version.
October 26, 20213 yr Ehhh now I see the older posts and thread, and I guess without the update serial doesn't work 😏

November 6, 20213 yr For some reason my update to 3.2.3 hasn't caught it. 🤔 Is there a way to re-apply this update or fix it in some other way?

Again, this is simply done via system update - if there is ANY new version for ANY device, it'll show up in there, regardless if the main controller is on the latest version or not.
