duker741 Posted September 27, 2009 Share Posted September 27, 2009 Looked everywhere for a solution before I posted this but no luck.I upgraded to 1.8 and lost the use of my V2 Remote. I bought an SR-250 remote and I am having trouble identifing the device.Could this be because the SR-250 remote is not ZIGBEE Pro? See section 4.4.12 of the upgrade guide for instructions on how to add a Embernet device to an existing ZigBee pro network.This question would be better posted in the dealer forums.
