ERDrPC Posted March 10, 2021 Share Posted March 10, 2021 We have three android phones and the push stopped working 4 to 5 months ago. Just ran a test with my iPad and it works. ERDrPC Posted March 14, 2021 Author Share Posted March 14, 2021 I've noticed that on the customer.control.com my phone has two entries. One when I signed into the c4 app and another when I signed into the intercom anywhere app. Is this normal? Maybe the push server is getting confused by two entries from the same device? I deleted both and just signed into c4 app. But tried to use intercom anywhere app and it said device not registered so I had to re-register. This always ends up with two entries on the device list. ERDrPC Posted March 22, 2021 Author Share Posted March 22, 2021 Fixed - so when you uninstall an android app, the data remain. Messing around with deleting cache and c4 app data WORKED! It didn't delete the c4 app, I just launched and I saw a first time use screen I hadn't seen with all my other uninstalling of the app. Plugged in my account info and bang - working push.
