Alexa and a gate

Hi all

Want to open my front gate using Alexa I have all my intergration for lights etc done via normal Amazon and C4 intergration. However it looks like it only lists thermostats, lights etc. What it doesn't list are things like electric gates or garage doors specifically to open and close.

Anyone go idea how they get this working. What I am trying to get right is "Alexa open the gate" , "Alexa close the gate"

Interesting who isn't concerned about security. Could you elaborate what the concern is?

Alexa (and Google) used to at least block a lot of open/close lock/unlock features so it may not trigger unless you force it by changing what you say. ie Alexa, execute scene 1 vs Alexa open door

 

Also not a bad idea to do anyway so that someone can't just yell at alexa to unlock your front door, disarm security etc....

Ahhh ok perfect that makes sense. Question where are the voice scenes in composer, I dont see it under the Agents option?

It's not an agent. It's a driver called voice scenes

Dam now I feel dumb - is it a C4 driver or one of the driver manufactures? If so who (so I can mail you :))

It's a native c4 driver
