We purchased our home in August 2018 and system from the builder’s preferred installer, who is now defunct and my system is now clunky and only one of my five inputs works. Had the OS upgraded about six months ago but nothing works and I feel like I need a complete do-over. Hoping we can work with someone remotely-we don’t even really know what the system is capable of doing but I feel like we got sold $30,000 of worthless equipment. Our system right now is fairly simple but would love to clean up our current setup and continue to expand with security, Apple Home, automated blinds, the whole works. I am just not even sure where to start and I am fed up with the local options we have in Arizona-no one really seems like they know what they are doing or how great it could be.

My local dealer also did not know a lot of what can be done with add on drivers to really make the system come to life.  I have been working with Matt via remote and he is very knowledgeable and a great guy to work with.  Anytime I have a new idea or a issue he is right on top of it.  Very responsive and easy to get ahold of.
