Like this: "国外文凭学历认证Q/微信29304199办澳洲#ANU毕业证成绩单公证国立大学毕业证成绩单学生卡offer,雅思托福成绩单ANU文凭,WSE认证留信网认证,〔诚招代理〕The Australian National University" Why do they put the University name? Does that let them get past the spam filter? These show up here on a regular basis, although the site mods take them down pretty quickly. I doubt it's a mechanism to pass the filters, more likely the Chinese characters are, and the name is just that - the name of the fake diploma they're trying to sell/pretend to sell.
