rys Posted July 14, 2021 Share Posted July 14, 2021 Hello, I am an integrator but do not use Control 4. I will gladly pay for your time just let me know cost. My team just installed a new network and did not note the old IP addresses of a Sony Projector and AVR. It looks like those were the two items in the system using IP driver control with a Control 4 (c4-ea1-poe-v2) and NEEO remote. There is also no way to log into the old router as it is password protected and the default passwords have been changed. Not to mention I don't believe the network structure started with the standard 192.xxx.x.x From what I gather, it seems I would have to log into the Control 4 (c4-ea1-poe-v2) processor and change the IP information of the projector and AVR. Since I am not a dealer I have no access, I would like to get someone to help make these changes, if my assumptions are correct. Please message me so we can work something out. Thank you.
