AP-123
I woke this morning to a dead C4 8 zone amp. Is there anything to check before I go on the hunt for a new one? Fuse? Any recommendations for replacement? Is there any reason to upgrade to the newer triad 8 zone amps? I'm still on 2.10 with an HC-800. lippavisual
Those are solid amps. Definitely out of warranty by now, so I'd open up the case, identify the power supply and order one that is similar. Couple hours of time and a few bucks for the supply would be worth the shot. Really will all depend on the power supply availability and then the shipping fiascos. Unless you really want audio back quicker!

Unless you really want audio back quicker! if you are going to go that far and know your way around a volt meter test for output voltage from the power supply to see if it is dead AP-123
