ddsag09
Does anyone have one of these they would like to part with? Obviously need to be able to be adopted into OvRC and not claimed by an owner.
msgreenf
Upgrade to 3.2.2 and it's no longer needed. Your controller can be the hub (if ea)
ddsag09
Can I use it to unpair OvRC devices with someone else’s account like the hub?

ddsag09
Sorry, that made zero sense. Can you use a C4 controller now as an OvRC hub to claim Wattbox devices that are paired to another dealer's account? Or that requires the actual OvRC Pro Hub? Thanks! msgreenf
Yes. C4 controller can be a hub and do everything a pro hub can do.

No, you cannot, at least I've found anything that isn't a true pro-hub (Standalone) doesn't work to remove devices from existing accounts. ddsag09
Then unfortunately I’m looking again.
DanITman
I can confirm this as well. Control4 controller does not act exactly like hub pro. You cannot claim a device that has already been claimed. I eventually had success by emailing Snap support and they provided me with the dealer info. I contacted the dealer and they released the equipment for me. All is good.
