abeasst
Has anyone integrated the Qolsys IQ Panel 4 into a control4 system. Is it any different than integrating the IQ2+ panel?
snowcatxx87
It is not currently supported.
Riverguy
I upgraded my old GE Concord 4 to a Qolsys IP 4 panel with a wired translator that connects existing hard wired sensors. Lost integration to C4, but the new IP 4 panel makes up for it in UI & functionality. Night & day improvement for a reasonable cost. Highly recommended. Qolsys has a video on YouTube where they said a new C4 driver is expected in 2022. We'll see if they deliver, but I'm not losing any sleep over it... Cyknight
I would guess it'll come, Qolsys has been pretty good on this sort of thing, any delays are more likely QC caused than major issues.
bbarker@integratedhomellc
Any update on support for Control4 integration with the IQ4 panel? I have a client who is adamant about the Control4 integration and I'm hesitant to go with the IQ4 until it support Control4 integration. I am leaning towards using the IQ panel 2 plus on this project since we know it integrates with Control4
ekohn00
I'm a big fan of my Qolsys panel, and the geek in me looked at the 4 when I heard it came out. However, it looks more like a google nest hub with alarm built in. So unless you have a Nest Hub you're upgrading, I figured the Qolsys 2 is the way to go, especially if your panel is off to the side.
