MarkS Posted May 19, 2022 Share Posted May 19, 2022 Several months ago my Intercom Anywhere stopped connecting to Door Station (or tablet). I am using an IPhone on the AT&T network (12 pro). Other users are able to connect to my DS2 without any problem. My dealer set me up as a user on their system, same result - worked fine on wireless, 5G no go. It seems to be something either in IPhone or AT&T line parameters (they have denied there are any settings that would cause this issue). I even bought a new phone, new SIM card - same result. Any ideas on what in the phone or network would cause this issue? Works fine on wireless, appears to go off hook when on cellular, but no video or audio. It works great on wifi but it stops working when I turn wifi off and just use AT&T 5g or trying to connect from any other network. Did you find a solution? Thanks! This would be something for your dealer to work with Tech support on. Something is going on beyond basic trouble shooting and much more information is needed.
