I am currently unable to view the cameras on the C4 app. I’m wondering if this is possible to fix via Composer HE or does it have to go through a dealer? Thanks in advance for all the help. Sent from my SM-G986U using TapatalkIt’s a Hikvision 16 CH NVR (DS-7716NI-I4). Cameras are all Hikvision (combination of 4MP and 8MP cameras).If I needed a dealer, could it be done remotely? Would it take long/cost much? Sorry for the basic questions as I’m unsure of what is actually required as a C4 newbie. Hard to say how long it will take without actually seeing your system and how it is programmed, what version its on, etc. I would guess maybe an hour. PM me if you'd like my help with that project.
