Maddala Music
Hello, I used to be able to use my iOS Control 4 app (OS2) to program new lock codes for users, view locking/unlocking history, etc. Now I'm only able to toggle and view locked/unlocked status for each lock. How did I lose the functionality that I used to have? Where did it go? I'll greatly appreciate any guidance people can offer. Thanks in advance, vivek

Maddala Music
Thank you, chopedogg88, for the quick reply. Unfortunately, pressing and holding on the lock doesn't appear to do anything. Is that an OS3 feature? I tried pressing and holding on the "security" icon as well as on the individual locks (as shown in my screen image above). Am I doing something wrong? As a reminder, I'm running OS2, and the iOS app version is 2.10.21.195 (which I believe is the most recent OS2 app). Any other ideas?
