CMD1980 Posted July 16, 2022 Share Posted July 16, 2022 Hi — in my endless battle with C4, my latest issue is that on only one TV, the volume up/down/mute doesn’t work anymore (on app or neo remote). Volume control works on other tvs in the house and everything is using the same two Apple TVs. The IR works and is in place the only thing I can think of that messed with my tv is that I mirrored my child’s iPad through AirPlay prior to the malfunction. (I can control the TV volume using her iPad’s volume control on airplay). I have tried resetting the Apple TV’s, the remote, making sure airplay was disconnected…. Not sure what else to do! chopedogg88 Posted July 16, 2022 Share Posted July 16, 2022 Are you using the TV's internal speakers, or built-in speakers/soundbar? If built-in, what is powering the speakers?
