Any ideas? Fine on touchscreen and iPhone apps but not on Neeo remotes.

Have restarted remotes and had navigators refreshed.

Not sure, but are you using OS3.3 and the latest drivers? Are you using Jesse's driver? More importantly, did you accidentally rename the filename of the driver? It doesn't have (1) at the end of the c4z?

If you renamed the driver you will face that, if renaming the Alt version and updating the driver you will lose the original graphics in exchange for a CD. To fix this, remove the driver all together, add it again correctly and refresh navigators, just be careful as you will lose bindings with this, so add the proper driver and I suggest you use the Alt version from Jesse driver, re-bind, remove the existing driver.

Looks like you favourited items, and they're no longer loading. Best fix is likely do a 'clear user favourites' which forces all navs to reload original icons for home pages, and re-do any favourites. Note, this is available HE: under agents, find the UIconfiguration Agent, go to the favourtes tab, and you can clear all favourites from there (and add them as needed)

Hello everybody,
after discussing with control4 support, here are the steps to recover the icons:

Quick Action
Remove the Neeo remote driver and the remote hub driver.
Reboot Controller.
Power off the Neeo remote and wait for the controller to come back on line.
Hold the mute button and power on the Neeo to enter bootloader
Select  the menu option (update manager) and follow the steps on the remote.
Follow the first time user experience to add the Neeo back to the project and room.

Enjoy
