drmark12pa Posted August 31, 2022 Share Posted August 31, 2022 As of Saturday I'm no longer receiving notifications from my LUMA NVR. I can successfully send a test email to my email but not text message or any actual motion events. Nothing at all has changed (I was away on vacation when it stopped) and when I go into NVR to test sending message to my phone and email, the tests succeed. I'm not sure if this is an outage and of course LUMA has zero customer service whatsoever (I wouldn't recommend going with LUMA ever again based on that alone).
