Changing the Remotes

Hello - I have a 6 year old system with 2 SR260 remotes, which are pretty crappy.  Aside from the super dim screen which makes reading anything on it impossible, the buttons are getting cranky now too.  I see the Neeo is the new remote.  Aside from the purchase cost of these, how easy is it to program to my system?  If I need an pro to do it, how many hours of labor can I assume for this, per remote?

Thank you

You can add the Neeos to your system without the help of a Pro...just turn it on, connect to wifi, select your controller, done.

Side note - I have replacements screens for the SR260's, for a fee I can swap out your screens for you, or you can do it yourself if you are into that kinda thing...but it takes some practice...(I broke 1 or 2 until I figured it out)

Thank you, thats good to know.  Where is the best place to buy the Neeos? And best price?  My issue with the 270 isnt just the screen, but also the keys are starting to act up (unless those can be serviced)? Thanks!

The NEEO is not being sold by C4 anymore? Does this mean something new is probably in the works?

very likely - a big conference - https://cediaexpo.com/ - is coming up next week.  And most companies, like C4, announce new software updates, new hardware, etc.  So very likely, but no guarantee, some form of new remote is announced.
