T4 volume problem

When my T4 8" touch screen plays announcements, the volume is so low I have to put the speaker up to my ear to hear it.

The volume is turned all the way up.

When the same announcement file is used on my T3's, the volume is very loud, so it's not the file and it's not the volume.

When the T4 plays other audio, like when doing an intercom session between it and another touchscreen or a Chime doorbell, the audio is loud and clear, so it's not a physical problem with the speakers in the T4.

I'm stumped.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Hoping for any other suggestions.  Made sure volume was turned all the way up on the device and in Composer through the Announcement Agent, but volume is so low I have to put the tablet up to my ears to hear it.  When communicating via Intercom, it's plenty loud, so it's not a problem with the device itself.

I would greatly appreciate any other thoughts or suggestions on this matter as I don't know where to turn at this point.

Thanks.

Did you ever find a solution? I am having a similar issue.
