Can not connect to director

Recommended Posts

Hi

I'm a new user to control4 so just getting up to speed.

I have a C4 EA1 controller running 3.2.4 but I'm unable to local connect to it. I am using Controller Pro 3.3 on a Windows 10 machine.

The error it comes up with is...

Can not connect to director

If I go into system manager, it does finds the box on the network and I can connect (after a while and what looks like the program about to crash) ok.  But the main program isn't connecting.

I've tried rebooting, disabling firewalls, reinstalling software, tryng older software versions, windows updates, but it's the same issue.

Would anyone have any ideas that I could try?

Thanks in advance

There is no Version 3.2.6 or 3.6

But, if its new.. Factory reset.. Otherwise, you should speak to C4 tech support
