T3-T10 in -Wall Touch Screen only has control 4 logo spinning on it

Recommended Posts

Hello all, I have a T3 10 inch in wall touch screen that just has the conrtol4 logo spinning on it. It’s powered up using a PoE injector. This injector is plugged into the network. In Composer when the Properties pane is selected for this touch screen the “Network Connection” says no Network. I don’t think the issue is my POE injector and my switch is working as other devices are plugged into it. I’ve also tried changing ports on the switch and I get the same results. I’ve also tried factory resetting with no results. Any Ideas?

Device Reset & Restore: T3 Touchscreens (control4.com)

Hello. I followed the factory rest information in the link above and used the two pinhole buttons in the instructions. Using these instructions I was able to see the conttrol4 logo with the exclamation mark. However, it soon returned to the undesirable state that appears to have it locked in the boot sequence

Need to be re-flashed again, added back to project, check with your dealer.
