NiNJA Posted December 9, 2022 Share Posted December 9, 2022 hello all, Wondering if anyone has come across this issue before? Doorstation audio on doorbell ring doesn’t work. So when someone rings our doorbell, for a while now the C4 app on our phones and screens all work and we can pickup the call, we can see video, but no audio comes through at all, we cant talk to them or hear them. If we use the intercom to dial the front door directly from any of our c4 touchscreens or from the mobile app the audio does work. So its only not working when the doorbell triggers the intercom?
