BY96 Posted December 18, 2022 Share Posted December 18, 2022 If you are using the Chowmain driver, there is a thread already going about the driver and an issue with viewing the library. Thank you G'day, Perhaps ensure you have the latest update (99% of the time, things are already fixed in updates). Also, make sure you have the correct connection details in the driver (a lot of the time, the connection details entered are incorrect, or the unit itself isn't online). If that doesn't help, it might be best to contact support on: https://chowmain.software/for-integrators/technical-support (after contacting your installer, if you're an enduser). alanchow Posted December 19, 2022 Share Posted December 19, 2022 Zappiti has an issue with their firmware. To resolve on the Zappiti Onscreen User Interface -> open Zappiti Service.
