homerjohn
Have an old Audio Matrix. Power good. Network good. Inputs are automatically identified. I can manually (using the display/UI) assign an input to an output and the audio works fine in that output. However, the automated switching of an input to an output is not working. For instance, when using the Control4 App, when i click on Sonos i can see that it's playing in the room in which I turned it on, but no sound. And when i look at the display, the input is highlighted but is assigned to no output zone. All rest of system is working...main controller, lights, etc. Any ideas? Thanks
msgreenf
Sounds like bindings are wrong
homerjohn
Not sure what is meant by “bindings “. One note… it was working prior to a router upgrade. But have confirmed the director and matrix are on same subnet and both have network connectivity’s

msgreenf
Well it could be network or bindings. You can't see bindings in HE only dealers can in pro. Bindings are how you say what is connected where

msgreenf
If its a c4 matrix it should be set for SDDP to not have these issues
Cyknight
SHOULD use SDDP yes.
