Chime video

We have been discussing this on another thread. This is a known issue across all C4 intercom services when away from the local network. They are working with cell carriers to see why. Im sure they are focused on a solution but it seems to be random and showing up on all devices, wired and wifi. I have confirmed that local 2N (DS2) services are working 100% and non of my Savant systems with 2N ,Doorbird or Ring intercom integration are experiencing any problems nor have I heard any reporting of problems.
