It was possible to get them rock solid, but there were definitely issues at release, and the Halo has addressed many of those issues. That said, IMHO the NEEO team did a good job squeezing out the most that chip could do, the Neeos are a pretty snappy and responsive remote. I use half a dozen of them around the house, including in guest areas, and don't have any ongoing issues. I'm sorry you had screen issues, but that was not an overall issue with the Neeo remotes, and I've not heard of many charging base issues either. RyanE The Neeo was a mess. Required meticulous Wi-Fi set up when iPhones and all other Wi-Fi devices worked fine. Screens/devices failed (bricked) and it was known issue according to our dealer. Charging bases failed and also wouldn’t charge on some bases unless alignment was perfect. Had to fiddle to get it charged. Visitors regularly complained that neeo was dead. Should never have been released. Awful product. And having same alignment issue w the one Halo touch we have (given by corporate to try). Halo touch still need a v2. Wi-Fi not reliable and sometimes doesn’t charge. Quote

blub Posted October 27 Posted October 27 Ok, thx eveyone. That is unfortunate then. I will consider shipping them back to NA (I took them with me to Europe) or replace them with an iPad or Galaxy Tab as I never felt that the T4s were actually worth the price - I felt them alwys as slow / sluggish and every Android or iOS phone I have is handling the UI much better Quote
