Gloria Posted June 9, 2023 Posted June 9, 2023 Had a power outage, one of my Control4 Thermostat's displayed "power outage", I replaced the batteries and it still isn't working. I reset the HVAC unit too. Any ideas how to reset? Quote
Cyknight Posted June 9, 2023 Posted June 9, 2023 Power outage has nothing to do with batteries. I would suggest getting an HVAC repair out as it's quite possible the module on your furnace/AC took a hit and is the problem Quote
Cyknight Posted June 9, 2023 Posted June 9, 2023 power outage = not seeing power coming from the furnace(board) Quote
Cyknight Posted June 9, 2023 Posted June 9, 2023 I suppose one obvious quick check is if a breaker is off Quote

It's happened before and when I replaced the batteries it took care of it. You're probably right. Appreciate the response! Quote
