dentalben
I have one of the original Media Controllers in my system that is only used for the relay/contacts and audio/photos. My HC-300 seems to be "running the show", but the Zigbee server is enabled on the old MC instead of the HC-300. It seems to me that the newer controller should be running the Zigbee. Is there any potential problem with disabling it on the MC and enabling it on the HC-300, or would that mess up all the remotes, etc?
henniae
You could run the ZigBee server on the HC-300. It would not mess up the remotes. You might consider keeping the ZigBee server on the MC to free up processor resources on the HC-300. The HC-300 is probably running Director and Navigator so it is doing most of the work. Giving the HC-300 more available resources to run your system by keeping the ZigBee server on the MC might be a good thing.
