Music on C4

From what I could tell it’s about 2k for two streams

otherwise I’d need two Sonos connects, which is about 1200.

while I have 8 or so zones, I really don’t need more than two streams

the 800 difference isn’t very meaningful in the scheme of total project

OR you move away from Apple Music at no cost

OR you use airplay to use Apple Music at no cost.

Not saying not to go the Autonomics route: but it won't make sense for everyone

"Supports reference quality, high resolution with on board HRA 24-bit/192kHz DAC, perfectly rendered through analog, coaxial digital and USB outputs. You get install flexibility, your customers get incredible sound." That's the most I could find.

Absolutely! It sounds like you're looking for a seamless music experience that integrates well with your C4 system. If you're considering moving from Apple Music to Amazon Music and looking for a smooth transition, MusConvtool might be just what you need. It simplifies playlist migration between different platforms, making it easier to transfer your playlists from Apple Music to Amazon Music

I'd check out https://soundiiz.com for moving playlists around. I just signed up for tidal, and used it to move all my apple and spotify over. the AI Playlist was also a nice touch.  I signed up for a month for $5 moved everything, done.

It feels more like a bolt on than 'native integration. All operations in the C4 app please.

Personally I prefer that Spotify UI for starting music playback to the native C4 UI, which I tried for a bit when I had Tidal for a year or so and which I still use occasionally with Amazon Music.  But I don't have touchscreens so I just use my phone, iPad or PC to start music playback or a keypad to play a playlist.  The only problem is then needing to go into the C4 app when you want to add zones.
