4sights Web Navigator says "alarm triggered". How do I clear this?

I am at the house and I don't have any error messages at the GE Concord 4 alarm panel. Every time i arm or disarm, it still reads "alarm triggered". How do I clear this?

Is that done within C4 or my Concord 4 alarm system? Anyone know how to do that?

At the security system head unit. I have no idea, don't you have the user manual?

I would try power cycling the board (security panel). Pull the positive off the the battery first, then unplug the power for 15-20 secs. That should clear the error, which really should have cleared itself (which I'd say is the bigger issue).

Keep in mind, this may send the cops to your door if you don't call the monitoring company ahead of time and give them a heads up that you are about to power cycle.
