Luma Link not working - help please

Luma 510 NVR - firmware version: 3.4.95.230118 (latest)
iOS Luma Surveillance App (latest version)

User setup in OvrC
Can login to Luma Link (really OvrC) through Luma Link option in the Luma Surveillance App - shows "User signed into OvrC"

Go to Devices tab and the NVR is grayed-out
Live view of cameras will not connect

Any ideas?
