brucecampbell Posted May 27 Share Posted May 27 My wife's Galaxy S10 has the C4 app, but has stopped receiving the push notifications. The app controls the house fine. Her phone does not show in the list of devices when I log into my account online. Any ideas on how to resolve this? On a side note, why do I have 'Intercom Anywhere 3.0' displaying as the application for a bunch of devices when I don't have any intercoms installed? brucecampbell Posted May 27 Author Share Posted May 27 Actually, only the old S7 is showing under 'devices' but not the S10 The S10 shows under 'Users and Devices' but not the S7 How do I get the S10 to show as a device where I can select which notifications it recieves?
