bobvex
Just inherited a T3 TT10 touch panel from a clean out of an office. It powers on just fine but will not respond to touch. Stuck on the network/ identify/device details page. Is there some kind of hard reset I can do for it that might bring it back?
chopedogg88
yes there is a hard reset you can do. is it a T3 or T4? no such thing as a T10
bobvex
It says C4-TT10 on the back of it. I would.guess that its a T3. From what ive read online is that if it doesn't respond to touch it's ded.

South Africa C4 user
You may find this post useful. The downloads contained in the thread are an alternative way to totally reset a T3. I’ve found this useful when a normal factory reset does not work.
Chuck323
My take from the OP's post; The touchpad does boot up to the network/identify/device details page so a restore or reimaging the device will not do anything. The digitizer itself needs to be replaced if it boots to the ID Page and does not respond to touch.
