I have recently added a Luma NVR with multiple cameras.  I think it is working pretty well, except for the following:

First, Most of the time the notifications through the Luma app are prompt, however, it seems that one of the cameras (garage) has a fairly significant delay to the notifications.   This delay is not all of the time or consistent in occurence.  Sometimes it is immediate, sometimes the delay can be 5 mins or so.  I have reviewed the settings and I am not seeing any differences between the cameras.  Any thoughts?

Second, One of the cameras (not garage) occasionally (a couple times a week, one time a day around 7:30pm, but not at the same exact time) sends a notification that it is offline.  All of the cameras are wired with Cat6.    The offline condition only lasts for a few minutes and does not happen everyday.   Any thoughts?

Are the notifications just being delayed getting to your mobile device? Are the notification showing up at the correct time in the app for when they happen or on the NVR for when they are happening.

I'm having this issue also. I haven't gotten the chance to look into this myself yet but I will get to it eventually. Screenshot from my system (Luma 820 32ch):
