Just bought a rack with C4-HC800-BL-1 and C4-IOX-E-B...what to do?

Like the title says, I just bought a rack with C4-HC800-BL-1 and C4-IOX-E-B installed along with multiple pieces of HW. Thoughts on what I should do with it? Possibly looking to sell if I cant figure it out. Is it easy for a relatively savvy person to configure?

1) That hardware is pretty old, we are a couple generations past it and it has limited use as a new setup. 

2) Control4 is a "Dealer Required" model. You can't set it up yourself. You need to enlist the help of a dealer to take over the project and configure it. Only dealers can do this. Once set up there is an option to allow home users to program MOST things but not all. Can't add a new device or driver without a dealer. 

3) If you know it works probably better off on ebay.

I wouldn't start a new system w an hc800. It's EOL

As stated above you can’t even create a new customer account with the HC series today so you will likely need to upgrade that and depending on the other equipment you would need a dealer to check if we’re even compatible with the latest OS.

Do you know which FW its is running?
