ajd123 Posted January 5 Posted January 5 All of my Control4 devices (lights, blinds, smart plugs etc.) are integrated with Amazon Alexa to facilitate voice control. A bunch of my Control4 devices are showing up as "Device is unresponsive". I tried deleted the devices from the Alexa app and then re-discovering. Now Alexa does not even find those devices. I have tried disabling and enabling the Alexa skill. Did not work. Any suggestions to to fix this? Quote
ajd123 Posted January 7 Author Posted January 7 When I log into https://customer.control4.com/ and review the devices listed in "Voice Control" the unresponsive devices are missing (see attached image for example). Is there any way to add them back manually? My experience has been that Alexa automatically adds them when I ask her to "Discover New Devices". For some reason a bunch of devices are not getting discovered? Quote
